1. Check you qualify

   Residential only; request a confirmation number first, then submit receipt and photo within 30 days. Purchases Oct 1, 2024 to Oct 31, 2027 or until funds run out.

3. Apply

   1. Request a confirmation number from Toho. It reserves funds but does not guarantee a rebate. If you qualify, Toho emails the number and the application link.
   2. Install the new WaterSense labeled controller, add-on or plug-in and photograph it. Toho requires it to be installed and documented with photos before you apply.
   3. Within 30 days of getting your confirmation number, complete the application. Upload a receipt showing brand, model number and/or SKU (purchased no earlier than October 1, 2024) and a clear photo of the installed device.
   4. Toho staff review it. The rebate is a credit on your water bill.
