Apply
- Buy a WaterSense labeled smart irrigation controller on or after October 1, 2026.
- Install it, and photograph the old fixture before removal and the new one after installation. Seminole requires both before you apply.
- Submit the application with a copy of the original sales receipt showing the purchase date and cost. Each item needs its own application.
- Seminole may schedule a quick on-site visit to check the controller's programming. The rebate is a credit on the following month's water bill.
Steps summarized from the official program page. If the utility changes its process, its page wins.
