    See all 7 official steps
    1. Complete an application, and take the required photos and measurements of the area.
    2. Make sure your irrigation water comes from the City's potable supply.
    3. Send the application, a drawing with measurements, clear dated color photos and a recent utility bill to the City of Stuart Water Conservation Program.
    4. The City contacts you to schedule a pre-job inspection. Do not start removing turf before this.
    5. Once approved, remove the turf, install the water-efficient landscape and make the irrigation changes. Then submit clear, dated color photos.
    6. The City schedules a final inspection.
    7. The rebate check is mailed about 4 weeks after approval and inspection.
